  Had a previous visit and the problem returned a week later. Still a little unhappy that was charged for clearing the vent stack and then charged again to clear the clogged drain and diagnose the real issue. Glad the issue was fixed and your team did a fine job replumbing the drain. I wish the repairs included repairing the drywall that had to be removed.

  I absolutely love working with Universal Plumbing! Tony is fantastic and is truly focused on customer service. They have come out to help multiple times and have helped me navigate dealing with my insurance company for a sewer line break! Highly recommend and they are who I call when I have any plumbing issues!
