  I had a pipe burst on a Sunday afternoon - after calling around to a few places, Sam was the most responsive. He was able to come to our house and fix the burst within a couple of hours. I recommend Sam to my friends in the neighborhood as he has been one of the most responsive plumbers I have met.

  Great experience! Sam cam by my townhouse and repaired my shower head in a timely manner. He was friendly, on time , and loved my dogs. Highly recommend universal! He really knows his stuff!!!

  I would recommend his services to anyone local! We were dealing with a clog in the bathtub.Sam came by quickly and he knew exactly what he was doing. He was polite, clean, and extremely knowledgeable!! 10/10
