  We've hired Dave twice now--once at our previous home and just recently. Both times, he responded promptly and was able to come out within a couple of hours. Our latest ordeal involved our very mischievous toddler flushing a tennis ball down our toilet (who knew that could even happen?!). Dave was able to remove it and saved us from having to buy a new toilet. Dave is friendly, funny, and kind and also has very reasonable rates! Highly recommend United Sewer and Drain as anyone's go-to drain company!

  I contacted United Sewer and Drain regarding a gurgling toilet, which ended up being a clog in the main line. Dave was able to come out the same day within a few hours and fix the issue; all while keeping me informed as to what was going on and gave me some useful information as well. I will definitely be using them again (although I hope to not need to!) and would highly recommend.

  Had a drain issue in the basement. Called David, he was able to come out on a Sunday. Didn't charge us an overtime/after hours fee. Diagnosed the issue, was able to clear the blockage, took the time to explain the issues and potential resolutions to the problem, was up front in terms of cost for the work. Took our old toilet away too. As new residents to the area, it's safe to say we've found our Sewer and Drain guy. Highly recommend him for any sewer/drain needs.
