  It was raining like crazy and my basement started flooding! They came within 30 minutes and figured out what was wrong, which was a valve from the pump in basement.The guy went to get the part and was back and had it done super fast. It wasn't expensive and I'm so grateful.

  The staff was really friendly until I found out they don’t take a credit card which is something they should have went over with me before they came out to my house. Wasted $95 dollars to not be able to do the work. I would have paid the extra 8% on my card my shower has been broken for 2 years because you know adulting. Very disappointed. The name isn’t even changed on google. There is no website. How am I supposed to know? Thanks for taking my money! I want to go to a ma and pa shop but I guess not.

  We have used United Plumbing Services for many years for varies services and they are reliable and professional. Last week, on Christmas Day as we were heading out of town our hot water heater pipe busted. We called them at 7am on the day after Christmas and they answered our call and had someone out almost immediately! Excellent local and dependable business!
