  ★★★★★ 5 stars. Woke up to water on the floor under the water heater. Within 4 hours United Plumbing had taken care of it, for a reasonable price. Technician was sensitive to COVID-19, greeted us wearing a mask and with shoe coverings. First-rate all the way, highly recommended.

  I understand United Plumbing is 24/7, which is a huge perk for us homeowners outside the knoxville tn area. He will be at the next plumber that I call for my plumbing needs. Our subdivision is a small, close-knit, mature group where everyone knows everyone. Word gets around about good service people. Pass this name onto your friends and family.

  The website says "true 24/7" service....but they are closed Saturday and Sunday. Why call is true 24/7 if they're closed two days of the week!? That's very misleading when searching for plumbers in emergency situations.
