  My home warranty company chose United Plumbing so I had to go with them. They were over an hour late when they came out to look at our faucet. They ordered a part and said they would reschedule when the part came in. The part came in and when I called their number, all I got was a message stating they would return my call. More than a week and several messages later, still no response. I would never suggest this business to anyone I care about or like. What a surprise, they are not BBB approved.

  United Plumbing has done all of our plumbing for years. This has included everything from new construction and remodeling to fixes. We live in the country outside of Bryan-College Station and they never complain about the distance. They know their craft, do it well AND clean up after the job. Great company!

  This company took over a year for a simple repair and lied to me countless times in the process. The repair should take under an hour. Why they choose to lie about everything instead of just doing their job is beyond me. They're used by my home warranty, so I'm pretty sure this company is just the cheapest. I'd never call them for anything otherwise.
