  We signed papers to have our home built in April of 2021. They told us it would take about 9 months to have our home built. Here we are 8 months later and the framing still isn’t complete! We are now on our third construction manager. The framing has multiple errors that have yet to be fixed and the framing crew is drinking on the job. Our construction managers have never checked in with us and seem annoyed when we reach out to them with questions and concerns. Our wood and supplies have been sitting out for months now and have been rained on multiple times and been left uncovered. So incredibly frustrated with this entire experience. Would not recommend united built homes to anyone we know. Do not leave us a number to call. You can reach out to us and let us know what your plans are to fix this mess if you even care. They’ll probably just say it’s a lack of supplies and workers due to COVID and they’re already doing everything they can, blah blah blah…

  We couldn't be happier with our experience. After purchasing a lot in Rockport, Texas, I spent almost a year talking to different builders. After being frustrated with vague pricing and estimates from every builder, I decided to wait on building our dream vacation home for our boys. Then on a random google search, I found UBH. What a game changer this was. Right from the very beginning, everything was very professional. I liked how every detail of the build was outlined and the final price of the house was quoted to the penny. Coming in way under what other builders were quoting, I was a little skeptical at first. Fast forward a year later, and I couldn't be happier with the outcome. The house is beautiful! Thank you UBH for helping make this dream come true for me and my family.

  David Rogers is AWESOME. I have never met a salesman that had so much enthusiasm before and after the sale as Dave does. I made the call to UBH a few days after Christmas and right before New Years. Although it was during the holidays, Dave took my call, chatted me up a while and made an appointment to see us on our schedule. When he came out to the house for our appointment, he was on time, very polite and pleased to be there. Being from construction myself, I was impressed with his presentation and we decided to follow through with building. Throughout the process, Dave was a great listener and had great insight into how to approach different situations. He has definitely given us service after the sell. It was heartwarming to have a salesman we barely knew congratulate us on the birth of our child during construction. He even personally gave us a baby shower gift. We are looking forward to moving into our new home. If we had known about our new addition to the family when we were in the design phase, we probably would have built an even bigger home. I guess that just means job security for people like David Rogers
