Amazing service. I called Unger on the coldest day of the season (so far). I'm sure they had been inundated with calls all morning. They had a tech to my house within 1/2 hour. Problem in the heat pump was diagnosed and fixed in 15 minutes. Fast, easy to deal with, professional. The "Turbo" dual capacitor was a bit pricey, but hey, they only work with good parts.

Have used Unger Heating and Cooling over the last several years for everything from replacing our existing AC system to decommissioning an underground oil tank and installing a new one in our basement. A few days ago, our 40 year old oil burner failed. Steve jumped through hoops to find a replacement quickly. Tyler and Tim led the onsite effort and were easy to work with, professional, and didn't leave the job until they were certain every heating circuit was working properly. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

I highly recommend Unger Heating and Cooling. They replaced my furnace and AC today. It's refreshing to deal with a company that is up front and honest with great pricing, to boot. The installers (Tyler and Dan) were prompt, professional and courteous. A very satisfied customer! UPDATE: Saturday 1/22/2022 I woke up at 4 am to my heating system doing some weird things, and not heating the house properly. It was 0 degrees outside. I called Unger Heating and Cooling at 8:30 am. Steve called me back immediately. He diagnosed the problem, as most likely a faulty Nest thermostat, over the phone. He told me to put in a “square thermostat and see if works…save yourself the emergency service”. He put me on the service list for Saturday anyway (just in case), and asked me to call him after I put in a new thermostat to make sure we had heat. Went to Lowes and got a $50.00 thermostat and VOILÀ…HEAT. It was my NEST thermostat that failed, not anything to do with my furnace. I’m so happy I used Unger Heating and Cooling. They have their customer’s back!
