They took my money in advance, Put my gutters up uneven, downspouts fell off within 1 week, they ruined 500.00 worth of trim , leaks everywhere.  A city of Tiffin Ohio building inspector came out to inspect the new garage, the inspector told us that is the worst gutter job they have ever seen.  They left scrap all over the worksite, and many empty beer cans laying around. Good luck if you hire them.

Had Brady and his crew come and install some flooring in my kitchen and do some painting, and they did an amazing job! really cleaned up well and was very detailed!

I wish I had read Mackenzie's review before we hired him.   The painting, pressure washing, and gutter cleaning were underwhelming. We were offered a partial refund, which we never got, and Brady even denied ever talking to me. I will say that the gentleman who replaced our shutters did an excellent job.

If I could give them a 0 rating, I would.  For trying to establish a clientele in a small community, I would think Brady would do a better job with customer service.
At the beginning of this summer, we contracted Brady and Under Pressure to pressure wash our concrete patio and vinyl fence.  Not a minor expense but, overall, his prices were reasonable.
The patio was completed and the results were less desirable than we were expecting but it looked better than when they started their project.

However, (even after hiring Brady against my husbands' judgement) when it came to our fence, we couldn't be more disappointed.  After Brady's little brother power washed at our home and left we mowed our lawn.  When my husband went to the back of our property he noticed the outside of the fence was still moldy.
Under Pressure had only power washed the inside of the fence!

After bringing this to Brady's attention via text, he told us he would have his little brother return to complete the job but that never happened.  My husband then called Brady and asked if he would either finish the fence or reimburse 1/2 of the money for just the fence (since he only completed 1/2 the fence).  Brady told him "that seemed fair," and it was left at that.  At this point, we're in to early June.

But now, here we are, in the middle of September and we haven't heard a word from Brady, his little brother, or anyone affiliated with Under Pressure.  It's very disappointing that a small business like this can't understand the importance of professionalism and customer service.

We've already made others in our community aware of our situation so they don't make the same mistake of contracting Under Pressure in the future and we will continue to spread the word.  But a review on Google, Yelp, BBB, etc. only seemed like a fair trade for the $$$ that Under Pressure kept with no service rendered earlier this summer.

Brady’s team was on time, hard working, and did a great job in 1.5 hrs. washing our ranch. Will def. use his service again!
