  I had a stopped up toilet and sink. The receptionist was very quick and calling me back to setup appointment. Garey, the plumber, was here within a couple hours, was very courteous, and fixed my issue quickly and pricing was reasonable. I highly recommend.

  Used through home warranty company, I was charged $150.00 for a permit fee, was advised this is what Hillsborough county charges and when the plumbing inspector from the county showed up, I asked him why the fee was so high, turns out the county fee is $34.80. Called and asked for a person in charge and the man answering the phone said he was in charge, turns out he was the dispatcher. Waited for the General Manager to call and when she didn't I called and asked for a partial refund on the permit fee and was advised that everyone who uses this plumbing company and has a water heater installed has to pay a $150.00 permit fee, even if the fee is less and turns out all counties charge a fee, but nowhere near $150.00. Tried talking to the General Manager (Sherry) and she tried to blame the plumber. The plumber was the only person in this company that was professional, had to actually tell Sherry I was hanging up the phone since she was yelling at me, very, very unprofessional. I have called our home warranty company and gave them the complaint and advised never to schedule this plumbing company with me again.

  Do not recommend! This company was sent out by a home warranty company (American Home Shield) on an emergency blockage call, plus some other problems. The blockage cleared itself before they got here and all the tech tried to do was up-sell me while here. Said dispatch would call back to schedule a time to address the other problems, never heard back, I had to call them and they said they would not come back out. They had no problem taking a service fee from me though. Unprofessional and a rip-off company!
