  I highly recommend this company! I called at around 1:00 to see when I could have somebody come out to check a leak in my bathroom. Within an hour, there were two plumbers in my house. They looked at the leak, found the source and gave me a price to repair it. I gave them the okay and they went to work. They fixed the leak, cleaned the bathroom and were on their way by 4:30. They were neat, thorough and professional. I will call them again the next time I need a plumber!

  They charged traveling fee $165/hr and they went somewhere to get materials took two hours (charged another $165/hr) so before they start to do their job, they charged about $500!!! And then they couldn’t finish to install toilet. I don’t feel any professional work with $1400! I don’t recommend this company.

  In response to Satsuki Gumbs review, we gave the customer a breakdown of all charges before scheduling an appointment, explaining that we charge travel time one way, as is the industry norm. When we arrived at the customer’s home, there were custom fixtures that they wanted us to install and we needed to get the proper materials. We have GPS records that prove that we travelled to the nearest supply house and it did not take two hours. As for the toilet, we were unable to install it because the water line was installed by the customer’s contractors directly in the way of the toilet. Although the customer states that they wouldn’t recommend us, on June 11th, they called us to their home to perform additional work unrelated to the initial job.

  Would highly recommend the company had a leak in my bathroom and they sent someone right over and the plumbers that showed up were very professional and located and fixed the leak and cleaned up after themselves
