I called to have a well drilled during the busiest time of the year. Brett was straight forward with me on the the expectation. I explained the situation i was in and he did everything he could to deliver me a well during that hectic time. I am happy to say my well is in and within that time frame. We lost water pressure from our well and I called Uhlenkott to help. I called relatively early in the morning and left a message but was called back very quickly by Dave. Rather than just setting up an appointment to come check it out (which would be typical behavior), Dave helped me troubleshoot several different possibilities over the phone that could have caused the pressure loss. This occurred over the course of several different phone calls (trying multiple things) but Dave seemed more than happy to help me address the problem. In the end, his phone advice helped me resolve the issue without having him come out. While this sort of thing is of course not always possible, I am so grateful that Dave was willing to put my family's well-being ahead of making a quick buck (it's a big deal not to have water). Professionals with this kind of integrity deserve your business. I can't recommend them highly enough based on this experience.

These guys are very friendly and helpful. I called with a few questions, I had to leave a message. I wasn't sure if I'd actually get a call back but, much to my surprise, I did. The guy answered all my questions and didn't try to sell me something I dont need. Thank you Uhlenkott!
