  I thought I knew everything at 25 when I joined this trade. I took an eight doller pay cut because of promised dreams. My first year was a joke but i started learning a lot quickly! First lesson I learned was TRUE brotherhood....not friends but actually a brother, a family that understands our problems and life. I have become a better man through the years I have been taught by people that have seen tough times and what it takes to succeed. It's not easy but the road to success is dug, leveled and laid in blood, sweat and hard work to lay the path to a greater future generation. I understand that now that I'm older.

  I've just recently completed the apprenticeship program and it was a life changing experience. Every year my income increased as I learned a trade that will provide for my family and myself for life. It truly is a great opportunity if you don't mind a physical and mental challenge.
