  I had been having stoppage problems with my drains for nearly a year. I had had multiple plumbers come out and have a look, but none of them were able to address the root cause of the problem. Eventually, after running a camera we determined the root cause was roots perforating my concrete pipe. I had two plumbers quote a replacement for the concrete pipe. Wedgeworth quoted $3250 w/ 5yr warranty and Beacon quoted $2560 w/ 10yr warranty. Beacon completed the job quickly and for the agreed upon price--while also identifying errors Wedgeworth had made when they ran the camera. After dealing with several plumbers in the Spring Branch area over the last year, I would highly recommend Beacon Plumbing. Their prices were lower, and their quality of work was greater. Five stars.

  Initially called them to fix a shower/tub that would not stop running. Plumber that came out for the issue installed cracked stem valve when they "fixed" the shower knob. That cracked valve leaked water into the ceiling underneath the tub and required water restoration/repair. Despite advertising 24/7 service, no one responded to our numerous calls or texts from 5 pm when the issue was noticed until 8 am the following morning. Sean, the plumber who had installed the cracked part initially, admitted fault and that Beacon would pay for the repairs to restore our home to the state before they messed it up. As "master plumbers" they should know to inspect the parts they install for issues, or use parts that are not cracked. However, the owner/whoever works the text line did not respond to our calls and refused to hold up their end. Ended up having to file an insurance claim; I hope Beacon's insurance goes up from the subrogation. I would never use this company again, and recommend that everyone else find a plumber who will stand behind their work.

  Like family Beacon was there when I really needed help. During the historic Arctic Storm I needed the water shut off at my elderly relative's house. I knew there was a Beacon plumber who lived nearby. I called Beacon and spoke to Joshua and explained my predicament. He did not hesitate and said he'd have it turned off right away. I was so grateful and wanted to pay over the phone for the service. He insisted that it was no charge since they were nearby and he was glad to help. We need more companies like this in time of crisis where some people are price gouging Houstonians this company acted with extreme kindness a la Mattress Mack and HEB! I could not recommend them more highly! Goodwill and kindness lives here! Thank you Beacon , Joshua and Buck!!

  Thank you so much for those world of kindness. I wish people knew everything we do for the community and the families of Houston. What people don't realizes with the parts shortage most of are plumbers have been helping Houston get there water back on but yet don't have water them selves and there family. We are vary proud of are small team of TEXAS LIC. PLUMBERS.
