  I’ve used for over a decade and each time their service is top notch and they professional and efficiently fix our plumbing issues. They’ve come out on holidays and regular days still just amazing service. Clean, respectful, personable, and knowledge experts. There’s no other company I use or recommend TX Pasadena Plumbing.   I tried calling 3 times and left messages. I never got a call back. Finally on the 4th call a guy answered and he seemed irritated I called. I explained I was 5 blocks from him on Fairmont Pkwy and needed a backflow valve put in. He said he would call me back but 6 days later I still have not gotten a call back.

  Called for information and got hung up on twice ! Rude and unprofessional !!!! Just because you don't offer a service doesn't mean you just hang up on a potential customer ! Rude!!!!!
