  They told me they knew how to install an Ecobee smart thermostat. The guy who came ended up coming hours after he said at around 10pm which made me a little uncomfortable. He ended up getting the job done after coming back a second time and calling someone else over for help but when they left they took my old smart thermostat (expensive) as well as the sensor to the new thermostat. Leaving with a client’s property is pretty unacceptable. This was weeks ago and I still haven’t gotten them back. I wouldn’t hire them again.

  On a late Saturday afternoon, following a few days of below 0 temperatures, i had a pipe burst. I wasn't previously familiar with this company and had contacted 3 others first only to be told they were too busy. Twin County answered my call right away and promised someone would be at my house that day. At 6 o'clock Chris arrived and fixed my broken pipe within minutes. Considering this was an emergency AND a weekend, I found the price to be more than reasonable. Chris was very professional and personable. I will definitely call Twin County first for all my future plumbing needs.
