  I really didn't want to rate them a 1 but there's no negative...my washing machine has been broken for almost 2 months and the "technician " that has come to my house 2 times had listened to me explain to him what it was doing he probably could have fixed it by now. He was rude and when I tried to explain what was going on he walked right by me and came into the house. Then when I came inside and said hey I was talking to you he said I don't know who you're talking to. I said I'm talking to you!! When I called the store today to see why he hasn't been back like he said 2 weeks ago she was ugly. These people are unprofessional and are not worthy of my money or anyone else's for that matter.

  Our oven and stove burners went out in July. It is February and the have been out here 4 times and the stove still does not work. Two burners and the oven are not working. They keep stalling. The last time they were out here one of the "repair" men insulted me personally. Our home insurance keeps sending them.. No more!!!

  Shelton Tutor came out within an hour of my call because my heat stopped working during the night and I explained I was elderly and needed it back on quickly. He came right over and we hope he had fixed the problem without having to replace a part. I had heat through the night. However, it was out again the next morning. He promptly came back over and replaced the part we both had hoped would work. He came after work and replaced it promptly, giving the old part to me before leaving. I can’t say enough about how good the service was and how promptly the took care of me! Don’t hesitate to use them! Ask for Shelton
