  Experienced sewer backup into downstairs shower drain & a non-flushing downstairs toilet. Left a call as an emergency (could not safely use ANY plumbing in the house) as soon as they opened. Contacted for specifics ~45min later and by service people 10 min after that. Arrived promptly and fixed the issue asap. Bill was about half of what I expected.
