  Dorsety Turnbough and his crew are always prompt and thorough. He plumbed my house when it was built and I am pleased! Dorsey is such a nice man. I have always been comfortable with him and his crew in my house.

  These people did a horrible job and never even returned my calls and text. I wanted a hot water heated up and running (it wasn’t), install a sink faucet (it leaked)and install the toilet (should have waited until the floor was complete). They took our $800 smiled real big and took off. Could not get any response at all. Don’t hire this company.

  DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! I needed my water pressure checked, I spoke with Mr. Turnbough himself and explained what I needed. I called him back about 5 minutes later and apologized and said I was mis told and I do not need my water pressure checked. I thanked him for his time. A week later he calls me out of the blue to let me know he was IN MY HOUSE and that the water pressure was fine. I reminded him about our call the previous week. His response, well ok. NOW MY WATER PRESSURE DOESN'T WORK AT ALL!!! I have called him many times with no luck. I just need him to tell me what he did so that we can get it working properly. STILL NO REPLY!!! Do not use this man!!!
