Everyone was very professional and customer service was excellent. We used Turbo Plumbing Pros to purchase and install a new water heater for our house. They were upfront with the costs and the sales process was no pressure. Installation happened very quickly and the whole process only took about 4 hours. I would recommend them to anyone needing plumbing services in the central KY area.

The experience from start to finish was top notch. From having someone come out and give us an estimate, to scheduling, install, all of it. Each person I interacted with was kind, professional, and personable. They did everything they said they would, and didn’t leave until everything was in proper working order. What struck me above everything else was the high regard in which they held their leadership. Every single one of them couldn’t say enough about their owner, supervisors, and gratefulness to work at GreenBox/Turbo. That mentality is invaluable to a company and reflects in the work done. Zach and Nathaniel were very polite and efficient. They arrived in masks, which is respectful. I was really pleased with the work of installing an air return. I enjoyed meeting them. I would highly recommend these guys. Thanks Green Box!
