  I am so disappointed first the set of them come and didnt show up to the first appointment and never called and i called said will be there next day i get a call at 855am he said was on his way he Showa up at 915am comes into my house i had a bad feeling about one of the guys. So they do there job and at 1030am he is in my garage telling to wait an hour. Walks out my garage at 1035am. Well he told his boss he was got my for 4 hours and wanted to charge 300.00 with the 45.00 service fee. So i call the boss and tell the hot water is not back and he comes and tries to fix the problem. Then that didnt work came out next day and brings his own electrician and disconnects everything they fine the problem fix that the electrician puts all the wires back but doesn’t make sure that everything is working and the master bedroom on left side has no power. So now i have to hire somebody else pay more money because I know if i call him will charge for service fee that should of not happen in the first place. Very disappointed so now another problem to add. Thank you so much.oh and master bathroom has no power either.thanks for the headache!!!!

  Well I'm shocked, sorry you feel this way, you was only charged 45.00 the first time we came out, after trying to figure out your problem we put new thermostats and elements in your tank, when you called back and said it still wasn't working correctly , I priced you a slightly used as in 8 months old 50 gallon. At a very low price. And of course you called back, that's when I brought an electrician at no charge to you. The only thing we unwired was the heater at the heater. We changed the breaker in the breaker box. As we was trying to figure your problem. I was looking for a possible water leak on hot side which would explain why you had no hot water, but the correct voltage, you mentioned to me that your garden tub would not cut off, and it had mold in the bathroom. Well that was the problem you even had a insurance adjuster coming to look at the bathroom. All your hot water was running down the drain. We went under and caped off line and yet again I did not charge you anything extra. So you got a basically new 50 gallon heater where your old one was a 40 Gallon, got your leak fixed all for a total of 445.00 and we were there 4 times. When we would of only been there once if you would have told us about the running faucet that was in the bathroom you had closed off??? My plumbers are very knowledgeable and are good at what they do, I have their backs 100% so you can be the first to give me a bad review after 4 years, after I helped you out, I promise I won't loose any sleep over this.

  They were the third plumber I called to do a simple job of unclogging the toilet. Everyone else scratched their head, one even came and walked off the job without a word. This company came on a Sunday and was affordable. Thank you so much, you did a great job and it was quick.
