Great products and service!! We recently bought our tub and shower system from Tubs & More. Both are great but the shower with rainfall is amazing. We ran into a small problem with install and the owner of Tubs & More (Doug) connected my plumber to the owner of the shower company. Doug went above and beyond to fix our issue and make sure our shower install was perfect. You don’t get that kind of service when you order from a big box store! Very happy with our whole experience at this store.

Great staff who is knowledgeable and provides tremendous assistance. Excellent product selection with competitive pricing.  For us it's the place where we have gone multiple times for bathroom renovations, upgrades, kitchen faucets and more.  Jan and Doug are great to work with as well as the other folks there.  AND it's always great to be able to buy local.

We we're looking for a place that has clawfoot tubs to see and even sit in to test out. Made the hour and a half drive and it was worth it. The service here was fantastic and not pushy at all. If you come to this showroom, ask to speak with Gerardo, he is knowledgeable about all the products and gave us good insight on things we didn't even know to look for.

We highly recommend this store if you're remodeling your bathroom. They have a great selection of good quality products and very competitive prices. Rodney provided excellent customer service and great advice on many different products and their features.

Overall, their selection and prices were superior to many similar stores we visited in the Doral area of Miami. The 45 minute drive up from Miami to Sunrise was worth it for us. We found the items we liked and we paid several hundred dollars less.

By the way, the store delivers in Miami for a nominal fee, but even with the delivery fee, we still paid less for items that we really liked. Delivery was made on time and without incident.

We met Doug, the owner, and he was very friendly and helpful. Owner operated small businesses that offer great customer service, good quality products and competitive prices deserve our patronage and support.

For our master bathroom remodel we purchased all the hardware and a free standing tub here. We also purchased a glass roller shower door for another bathroom. The representative we mostly spoke with was Rodney, who was extremely helpful and PATIENT through our decision making.  One day due to the COVID restrictions Rodney was not available so Giraldo helped me who was just as helpful. At some point or another I spoke with Katie, Jan, Jayne and Doug who equally went out of their way to be helpful. I frequently would return to the store and spend a lot of time looking and deciding without any pressure to buy. I had no problem returning items when I had to. Our favorite of all purchases is the Matte Black and White Aquatica Luna Freestanding tub. It was a little pricey and very heavy but, worth every cent to us. It just makes our master bathroom pop.  Thank you to Rodney, his daughter and Doug and Jayne's son who went out of their way to help get it into our bathroom which was no small task being almost 300lbs. This was a special order. For any bathroom remodel I definitely recommend stopping by here because they have a large variety, offer personalized help and knowledge about every item they sell.

Excellent customer service!  I am not a 'new' customer putting review because I got wowed the first time.  This is the second time, after about 2 yrs since my first experience with them.  Few weeks ago one of the many faucet I purchased from tubs and more started having reduced water flow.  Jan assisted me promptly from start to finish helping me connect with the manufacturer and constantly stayed in touch as the liaison to get me needed parts and resolve the issue.  This was invaluable.  Their customer service was excellent the first time and I wanted to put review then but life got busy and it kept getting pushed back.  They were always on my mind.  They deserve 5 star x2 now.  You won't just get sold great products but they will stand behind it years later.  Also want to give a shout out to Rodney who was so patient and helpful with my first visit 2 years ago.  I just called to confirm if he still works there.  He does.  Ask for him!

If you appreciate excellent customer service, I would strongly recommend that you shop Tubs & More for your bathroom remodeling needs. My husband and I had the extreme pleasure of working with Trevor as our sales representative. Not only did he provide excellent customer service, but he was patient and highly knowledgeable. He assisted us beyond the sale, answering our questions and assisting the contractors with installation instructions as needed.

Adding to what was already a great shopping experience working with Trevor at Tub & More:

We called him yesterday in desperation. It's been over a month since our last transaction with him, but we got stuck waiting on our James Martin Vanities from Houzz.com and Floor & Decor. After waiting over a month, Houzz.com said the item got lost, and they could not track the package. Floor and Decor have no idea when the item would arrive. We explained to Trevor our dilemma; he said he could help us find a vanity that would complement our design; Trevor promised that we would have it the next day. The following day he realized that the vendor would not get it to us on time. He personally drove to Miami to pick it up and delivered it to our home in Plantation. Trevor is a man of his word. The reviews brought me in but their outstanding service will keep me as a customer. This was truly one of the best shopping experiences I have had for our remodeling project. Rodney was so knowledgeable, attentive and helpful. He patiently answered all of my questions. What I appreciated most is that he wasn't just trying to sell us. Rodney went out of his way to make sure that we found exactly what we needed for the price that we could afford. Management is also amazing. How I wish every place I went to was like this!
