  I reached out to Truss and Son for their services in restoring 2 lift stations, that were not working properly and had been neglected for quiet some time, that I had at one of my Communities located in Nacogdoches. I was extremely impressed with their knowledge, patience and work ethic. They provided options and was kind to explain each one and the process to help me determine the best option for our community. Mr. Rory Truss and Mr. Ainsworth were very informative. The office staff was exceptionally friendly and provided me with updates during the process. Their communication and professionalism was nothing less than 5 star. I will cotinine to use Truss for all our Community needs and would recommend them to anyone. If you are looking for someone that is honest and cares about you, TRUST Truss and Son.

  I'm a contractor and work with this company many times, this is the company I recommend to any of my customers. Today they came to repair a broken hot water line under the house and again they did an amazing professional job as usual, my customer was super happy with the kindness of the guys that showed up, honestly, professionalism, price & results.   My grandmother is a caregiver for a blind woman. They had a major issue with plumbing and truss and son was fully booked for non-emergent issues that day (would come next day). Despite that, I explained the situation to them and they were able to make sure to get them taken care of that same day. I will always be grateful to them!
