  This company goes by multiple names including True-Tech. My first call with them was great. He told me it would be a 1-2 day job and they charge $90/hour. I was fine with this. They sent out a lady to take pictures . Then they sent me a 3500 hundred dollar estimate. This company tried to rip people off. Please shop around before choosing this company. Very rude as well and treated me as if my job was too small.

  To address the multiple names, as of the first of this year we have merged two companies and are operating as True Tech. The companies were formerly Allen and Associates and Lomar Enterprise Inc, and they were operating separately. We are sorry that you were not happy with the free quote that you were given. We understand that this process can be overwhelming and frustrating when you get muiltiple quotes from different companies that are high as well. The free quote was on the high end to account for the unknown and the equipment that you did not purchase through us, with the promise that it would not go higher than the estimated price. If the hookup was simple and all parts and equipment needed were furnished by you, then it could have been significantly less. We hate that you had a bad experience with our company, and we hope this clears up any misunderstandings.
