  This is a family friendly establishment. The people that work here from the office staff to the technicians. However, my unit is only six years old and I have had multiple problems with it; three major leaks in the first couple of years. Then continual issues thereafter. I don't know if it is a manufacturing issue or an installment issue. I do know that I am tired of paying for repairs on a unit that shouldn't have had issued so quick. My last unit lasted for 20 years.
