  Called Marshall at 8 pm on a week night and within 45 minutes my furnace was up and running. I would recommend them to anyone

  I came home heat was at like 45 degrees have a 5 year old in the home. I seen my exchange pipes were froze outside so I knew it wasn’t getting enough fresh air, called and told him what was going on, guy pulls in my driveway about 20 min later pops a black cap off my furnace and says this will get your furnace air from the basement until the pipe unfreezes, furnace starts working after removing cap. Bills me the next day 90$ for his 30 seconds it took to walk down the stairs in my basement rather then suggesting on the phone to maybe try removing cap and move the exchange pipes out from under the deck. I’ll be calling someone else
