Amazing service from the folks at Triple T Pumping!! Our septic tank became filled on a Saturday before a snowstorm and the office worked to get us a truck out the same day. Thank you so much to everyone at Triple T Pumping.

Phone contact with Cindy and Evonne were both very professional and polite.A date and time was scheduled They told me Bill would call before he came out. Bill did call 30 minutes before he arrived. He was very knowledgeable about RVs black water and gray water tanks. He was very patient in answering all my questions. I highly recommend this company.

Beware if you are using these guys for a real estate inspection or timeline-necessary related services. They may be better if you have a large budget repair or installation but our team's experience on the inspection side was not good. Their policies are not clear and the office staff contradicts themselves, which can be, and nearly was a deal killer for us. Not to mention they are rude and snarky. Clearly they don't want new business. Lots of stressed out moments and scrambling last minute to jump through hoops to make it happen. Not good in our business. ***Update - Since I wrote this review this morning--and after they wrote the nice response below-- the company just called us back and yelled at us saying that because I wrote this they were cancelling our inspection (that we waited 4 weeks for). They told us, "We don't need your business." So rather than do a good job and then try and see if I would change my review based on a good job, they just dumped us and left our clients without the inspection.

Shayna, sorry you had a bad experience. We are currently very short staffed due to the lack of workers and are extremely busy. We are doing the best we can. We wish you the best with your future inspections.
