  I have an old steam boiler broken and leaked on Friday. Got Tony's number from a friend and called him right away. Tony showed up the same day and gave me a reasonable quote. We agreed on the price and have Tony come back to to the job on Tuesday. Tony and his crew showed up 8am Tuesday morning and by 1pm in the afternoon, they finished the job and clean the spot. Tony also showed me and helped to clean my other steam boiler (the house has two units). Very professional, very happy with Tony and his crew. Definitely recommend him to anyone who needs plumbing and/or heating services!

  I called them to help with a leak for my heater. They were very responsive. Tony returned my call immediately. Sal showed up within the hour to help with my issue. He was very courteous and the work was stellar! The price was very reasonable as well. I highly recommend Triple P and will definitely be using them again in the future!

  We had a leak coming from a line from our gas boiler and there was no heat coming on over MDW. The tech from Triple P came in, repaired the leak, charged me $250, and told me to give the system an hour before it heats. The system never worked again, and the person gave me the runaround for days, saying first that he needed a part, later that he was waiting to hear back from their boiler expert, so on and so forth, with this going on for days and days, all the while telling me that there was no rush because it was starting to get warm out. We had just moved in with an infant child, and we spent two cold nights in our new house thanks to this bad service. Furthermore, even though it did start getting warm, that does not give Triple P the right to tell me what I want and don’t want fixed. The bottom line is I paid for a repair and it wasn’t completed. To me, that is the definition of poor service and lack of professionalism.
