      All we can say is that we wish we had called Triple A sooner! Even when our old system was preforming correctly it never came close to what we have now. From the day we moved into our new home our bedroom was always warmer than the rest of the house, but this is no longer a problem. With our old system if the house thermostat was 76 and above we were too hot. Now we find ourselves setting it to 76 just so we don’t freeze ourselves out. Not to mention our first bill with the new system was around 40% less. We would like to thank Wendell, Mathew, Jacob, Jason, Chelsey and anyone else evolved. They were professional, helpful, and efficient. When making such a large investment it really helps to have such professional people involved. We had a minor issue with the thermostat the night it was installed and they had someone on site correcting it within an hour of our phone call. If we have anything that is not absolutely positive to say, it is that the nest thermostat is not compatible with the new unit, which is a small disappointment. Although the thermostat provided did integrate with our smart home system, so we can still adjust it with Alexa and such. Thank you! - Mr & Mrs Wright.

      I have given AAA Air Conditioning 5 Stars because of their Professionalism, promptness, thoroughness, and exceptional execution! My home Air Conditioning was dead in the water!!!! My condensing unit fan stopped working! AAA A/C came out to look at my system and immediately identified the problem and corrected it! However, they had a bit of bad news to go along with it. The condensing unit I had was outdated and would need a new system once the R22 ran out!! So the tech asked if I would like a Comfort Advisor to come out and look at my home it was free, and discuss my concerns! I agreed! I must say I was not disappointed! Mr Henry the Comfort Advisor, made a visit to my home to inquire about the issue I was having! Two of my rooms were always warmer than the rest of the house! He enlightened me about why I was experiencing the problems. Once we identified why cool air was not cooling all spaces in my home, we commenced to making plans to correct the issues! Henry walked me thru the options that were available! We worked out a plan and he was able to get his great team of technicians to install the new home A/C unit, Air handler and air ducts in one day! Wow Amazing! So, I want to give a Big” Bravo Zulu” To Sam, the Technician who walk me through each step of what was going to take place! And Josh who who installed the air ducts, and filled my attic with the Pink Panther insulation stuff! They arrived at 0800 and commenced to executing the planned Mr Henry and I agreed upon! They worked and maintained a state of cleanliness along the way! What I loved about this Company was they wanted to first understand what challenges I was experiencing! After I articulated them, they looked thru my entire home to see how they could improve on those challenges! They did not disappoint! And I was just amazed at the efficiency in which they executed this whole evolution! Mr Henry, Mr Sam and Mr Josh You Rock! I Highly recommend AAA Air Conditioning! V/r M. Casillas

      Appointment was made, later received personal notice reminder and a call from tech that he was on his way; very professional. Ray was my assigned tech and he was very cordial and got right to work. I purchased a new complete A/C system with installation and this service call was my 6 month maintenance review. I had several questions mainly how to fine tone the thermostat; Ray was knowledgeable and nicely explain how to best setup the thermostat to my personal comfort. Ray checked both outside compressor and the inside air handler and told me everything is operating perfectly plus reminded me to change my 4 inch air filter every 4 months. Ray is thorough, didn't waste time and I would recommend others to call Triple A, everyone was great and I'm very happy with my new Rheem Air Conditioner. Thanks, Charlie Morris
