Called and had same day service. 3 experienced plumbers showed up to haul out the old heavy 75 gallon water heater and they replaced with a tankless in a few hours. A little pricey, but so is first class. You get what you pay for. Great company and we’ll be using exclusively in the future.

Trident Plumbing was wonderful from the moment I called to schedule to completion of work. Their office staff is friendly, upbeat and eager to help! I scheduled to have a water softener installed and other various items around my home repaired. I received text notifications of my appointment time and also received a call to let me know the technician was on his way. The technician was on time, clean cut, respectful and very knowledgeable. My softener was installed and repairs around the house completed in a timely manner and most importantly completed correctly. I also felt that pricing was very reasonable! I am always happy to support local, veteran owned companies and Trident has earned a lifetime customer from me! Thank you all!

An excellent company to work with. We had multiple Items that needed work. We had a water softener, reverse osmosis, and some faucets repaired. Everything was taken care of in a quick and timely manner. You can definitely tell this is a family company and they care about their customers. If I ever have anymore plumbing needs in the future, I will be using them. I highly recommend using them
