  At my apartment community, I have used many different plumbing companies as my vendors but have never received the amazing service like what I have received from Ricky and his team. They are always responsive and get to me the same day. The job is always done perfectly and price is always perfect. I no longer use any other vendor other than Tri State. Their professionalism and work beats everyone.

  From the beginning Ricky has shown excellent customer service and answered any questions I had. I had a very serious electrical issue and was able to have absolutely everything fixed within a day of calling in. Chris did an amazing job on replacing my electrical panel. I had absolutely no issues at all working with Ricky and Chris at Tri-State and will definitely keep their number for anything else. I highly recommend working with Tri-State!

  Excellent turn around time! I called this afternoon and they were actually early arriving the same day! I hope to be able to use them in the next few days. Very professional & diagnosed my problem very quickly! I look forward to doing business with a company that is not trying to "Over Sell" me!
