  Well after several days of waiting on Ryan (very nice guy just don’t keep promises) to show up he finally did and unclogged our drain. We were so thankful but… then he made several promises to come back (like answered our calls and said he would be here on more that 3 occasions) to replace/repair our plumbing at his master plumber advice. After several and I mean several no shows… we gave up. Unfortunately he is one of the only plumbers that services our area. Praying for some competition to this business and maybe his customer service will improve. Roto rooter or someone reliable please come to Raven!

  Called them multiple times with it always ending with we will have someone call you back. It has been 2 weeks since we first called and never heard back from them . We understand they are busy but a simple call back to let us know an estimated time would be simple.

  Very unprofessional. Does not return calls or show up when they are suppose to. Seems like they always had an excuse. Good luck if you plan on using this company.
