  I contacted Tri State to help us with heating repairs in January. Although he was clearly very busy, he was able to evaluate our situation on the same day and provide a repair very quickly.

  We have new construction in DeSoto area and have called numerous times. They said they’d be out and we never seen or heard from them. We called the next day and no response. Called the next day, no response. Very poor customer service. We still have no heat.
