  We just purchased a home and found that there was quite a bit of sediment in our plumbing fixtures and sprinkler system. I contacted two companies to evaluate the well, and to see what was going on. The "other" company, came on site and stated that the casing had to be replaced and that most likely we would need a new well. Once they left, I contacted John at Tri County Drilling and Pump. I let him know that the "other" company said we needed a new well. John and Ron came right over, on the same day. They checked the well and found that the well is fine, it just needs a filter installed. This was good news! They would provide a quote for the work as soon as possible. The next day, a Saturday mind you, we had no water. I contacted John and he responded immediately. He then made his way to our property, and graciously restored our water. (The valve was clogged with the sediment, and it's old). Bottom line, Tri County and Drilling and Pump, is my go to. I love that they were quick to respond, honest in their findings, and went above and beyond to restore my well water on a Saturday. I feel confident that they will meet my well water needs and intend to continue doing business with them. I suggest making them your first choice, if you want honest, hard working, diligent service.

  I highly recommend Tri County Drilling and Pump! I woke up on Friday, ready to start the day, only to find out we had no water. Our pump went out, and we had other outdated equipment that needed to be replaced. We have livestock and water is necessary. I called them at 9, and they responded so quickly. They were out a couple hours later, well prepared, and put in a whole new system! These guys were incredible! I’ve heard horror stories of other north state customers working with other companies, having to wait weeks. I’m so thankful we were able to get water to our animals, and I was also able to wash my hair for my birthday dinner. Thank you Tri County!

  These guys are really amazing , I called them out for an estimate and they went out of their way to check my pump find the problem and installed a new pump within hours, I didn’t realize how hard it would be without water After a few months it was getting rough I feel like they saved my life thank you Tri counties drilling and pump I would recommend them to anyone having issues with their well or pumps thanks again you guys are awesome!!!
