  My exterior ball valve seized and broke in the closed position on a Sunday. I called AK Plumbing and the responded to replace the broken valve in less than 30 minutes. About 45 minutes later, the valve was replaced and my water working perfectly. I felt the price (under $200) was fair for an emergency ball valve replacement. Plumber was Kris Lien. He was courteous and efficient.
