  From meeting with Nathan who went over options to having the install team come out and install our system, we have had an above average experience. Nathan and Trademark did not try to over sell, instead taking the approach that the system they were recommending would be such and improvement, we did not need to purchase a more expensive one. Once the install technicians came on-site, they demonstrated their professionalism and skill. Both were good communicators and kept us well informed throughout the process, while still being efficient. Well done Trademark team.

  The entire customer service experience was very positive from the very beginning with Matt Shandy, helping us understand what our Heating needs were, through the installation of our system with Cam and Josh. Trademark Mechanical is a great company to work with!

  Our furnace stopped working Wed night at around 6PM. We called Trademark Mechanicals after-hours service number and Josh Whitaker called back right away. After hearing about our problem Josh thought he knew what the issue was. He still came out to confirm what he thought the problem was and to ensure he would have the correct parts to make repairs. Josh returned Thursday morning at about 9AM with the right parts and made the repairs very quickly. We are 20 plus year customers of Trademark Mechanical (and KTU). We appreciated the excellent and prompt customer service that Josh provided in our time of emergency need this week. Trademark Mechanical is fortunate to have an employee like Josh Whitaker who represents the company so well in his quality of customer service! Thank-you
