  Well, I called Mr. Tracy and he was prompt in getting back in touch with me, which I appreciated. He was able to come out and take a look at our toilet and quoted us a very reasonable price. We agreed on a day and time but due to some mechanical problems he was unable to come, I totally understood that because lets face it, we have all been there. So we made another appointment but due to us going out of town we didn't really have time so we cancelled and made an appointment for when we returned which is for today but can't reach Mr. Tracy by message or calling. I'm upset because I don't feel we should have to chase a professional down, I feel they should message and confirm they are coming and see if that date is still good and to let us know what time they will be coming. Not having communication I'm left frustrated and wondering if he's going to call at some point or show up or if something happened. I just don't know so I have to find another handyman. He seemed liked a nice guy and had a good sense of humor and I had high hopes with him because I saw pictures of what he did but unfortunately his professionalism lacked.

  I am sorry my phone has been missed up got my Durango going again the the transmission went out Saturday on my way there I was so upset I forgot to call when I got back to the house

  Seen this guys work first hand. He may be a very small buisness but he will do a great job and his prices are crazy reasonable!!! This guy can do anything!

  This man is suppose to be fixing my mother's porch and has instead ripped her off of $900 dollars and has not been in contact
