  I had them come out to repair a leak under my house, they came out the same day and quickly fixed it. A few days later, I noticed another leak and called them again to have them come back out but didn't get a response then I got a response back that her phone wasn't getting messages and she could schedule me for another day. When I found a day that would work, I took the day off of work to be at the house when they said they'd be there to do the repair and no one showed. I messaged them to ask them when they were coming and they replied with "we are stuck at another job and will message you when we are on our way ". Never came out that day. That was almost a week ago. Today I call them to see if they can come out because now the water in coming into the house and they want to schedule me for 3 days from now? I wouldn't have water in my house if they showed up at the appointment we originally had. The excuse this time was that it was an employee issue. Don't waste your time or you'll end up having to tap into home owners insurance waiting on this company to follow through with their appointment.

  Great service! Thought my water heater was out, no hot water just a drip. Left message and my call was returned by Tracy within 5 minutes. Explained my problem and said Thought he knew what it was and would have Joe call to let me know when he could be here. Wasn’t long Joe called and on his way and got us fixed with a couple hrs of my first call. Did a great job, very knowledgeable, friendly, professional found the problem quickly and the bill was very reasonable! I was impressed! Definately recommend them!

  I called this company on Monday to fix my mothers dripping faucet,I was told they could be out there on Monday to fix it,after lunch I waited ALL DAY at my mom's, finally spoke to someone at around 5:00pm Monday evening, and was told they would need to come Tuesday, I totally understood,and told them call me on Tuesday,and still a no show. A Courtesy Call would have been nice, I totally understand that stuff happens,but this us poor customer service.
