Customer service is phenomenal.  The layout is perfect.   I don't feel like I'm being guided to follow a certain flow. I go right,  perfect.  I go left awesome.  I'll even go straight and find what I need.  The prices are very competitive. I can buy premium dog food and not wait a week to receive it.  This place is has what you need and more.

I picked up the wrong bag of dog food and was hesitant to give to my dog due to not knowing much about it and a concern with texture after opening. Without hesitation Scott Wasserman, I believe was his name, let me exchange it for the correct one. Great customer service!

Hard to get propane here. Already happened twice. Won't come here again.

Tractor supply is consistent with the brands of dog food they sell. No matter where are in Texas we can get the same food for our dogs and avoid the digestive impacts of sudden changes.

The Alpine store is a little cramped for space compared to other store in East Texas. They definitely stock fewer quantities of our regular canned food here - if I buy for a month supply of the 4 Health canned for 6 dogs, I wipe out their inventory.

The staff is friendly and everyone had on their masks. Plus the dispenser of hand sanitizer at the door is very helpful.

Has happened to for the second time, hard to get propane service at this joint

Very friendly, I was greeted upon entry then later another employee made sure I was finding everything, it was nice, I felt taken care of without the employees hovering. The store is clean, stocked, obviously the staff cares about their store and the customers. I find interesting and unique items there. I went in for 1 item and left with 3, if I'd had more time to shop (I was on my way to work) I'm sure I would have found more goodies to purchase.

I know there are a lot of small businesses in the area but they just carry a few things that are less expensive. Sometimes I don't need to shelf items. The staff are locals and they are very helpful.

The dog washing station is fantastic.  Very friendly and courteous staff.  The store is clean and very organized.  Will go to again.
