  I had a leak under my toilet. I have Choice Home Warranty and had been waiting for almost a month and half for them to have a technician come out. Long story short, TownSide picked up my order, I had received a call from them and the woman I spoke to was extremely friendly. Chase, the technician, was amazing! Friendly, knowledgeable and got the job done less than 30 minutes. I'd recommend them to everyone with plumbing issues.

  Had a great experience with TownSide. Great communication from the office including text message updates. Chase and his associate were great. They arrived on time, were very respectful to me and to my home. I would recommend and would call them again.

  We're supposed to install stove. They arrived and said they couldn't do it because they had not done the paperwork. Completely unwilling to help in anyway. Very awkward strange employees. Supervisor Reese was extremely unhelpful. I had confirmed with Lowe's and town side plumbing earlier in the week about everything they would be doing. They just said they couldn't do it and left. Would not use them.
