I would give zero stars if I could. The main effluent pipe from my house was compromised from roots and cracks and needed to be replaced. Consequently, My family could not use sinks, toilets, or showers. I spoke to John and explained the issue. He said he would be there the next afternoon and agreed to call me either way. Never called and never showed. Called him that evening and he committed to being there the next morning. Never showed. I called and he didn't answer. Sent me a text later saying he wasn't going to make it until the following Monday at the earliest. I told him not to bother and found a much more honest and trust worthy plumber. I recommend you do the same.

On 7/15/20 you called my company after another plumber didn’t show up. I met your septic installer on short notice that afternoon . I called you and gave you a price . I told you we were installing a tankless heater on 7/16/20 . You agreed to a start date of 7/17/20. Friday morning it was pouring out . Since our work was outside and you had a functioning bathroom I had my service technicians go to another call while it was raining . I contacted you to let you know that if the rain doesn’t let up we would be there Monday . You said don’t bother to show up. We tried to help you out . The first Plumber didn’t show for. Reason !

I would give zero stars if I could. We won having an outdoor shower installed at an auction over a year ago. This company has been unresponsive and rude when they actually have responded. It’s been a year and we still do not have the services we paid for. Willing to update my review after the install is complete.

Emily your husband Rob was contacted via email and phone call. I contacted Rob by email explaining that we would rather install the outside shower in the spring / summer and not in November. He agreed. In the spring i contacted him to let him know we would be delayed in doing install due to personal reasons with my health. My plumbing technician Jay contacted him to do install and got his voice mail. We are not avoiding doing the install . If you would like me to elaborate more on my health issues please contact me directly since your husband has my personal cell. I would rather not have you use this to try to shame or degrade my 30 year old reputable company. Your outdoor shower will be installed and I will contact you to set up. Thank You.
