  They charge $65 per hour per person. They charge for their drive time to and from your place. They charge for admin time- for them to think and plan on what they need for the job. So don't be surprised like I was. I had I've known that I would have requested they do the job as originally planned and not allow them so many short work days... Nice enough guys they do good work

  Local shop that is usually available right away. Over the years, we've had a lot of work done by them. 2 times in last 8 years we have had questions regarding billing and they had agreed to adjust bill slightly. We have always paid them promptly. Last time we called for a small plumbing issue, was told by manager that they don't want to do work for us because of these billing adjustments. Since we have always paid promptly and only questioned billing when it seemed excessive we were surprised. small town plumbing shop with no real choice but them. Bottom line, if you don't mind paying them anything they want to bill then they will get the job done. Disagree with charges, and they will drop you.
