Our water heater went out Friday night and I called a few plumbing places and Town and Country put us on the schedule asap!!! Alex showed up Saturday morning to go over everything and while there was a minor issue with the application approval they still did the job!!! While Alex was pulling the old water heater out I believe it was his boss who showed up a bit later with the new one. Done before noon. In and out!!! Alex was very knowledgeable and his boss made it a smooth process to for the application process. Prices were reasonable and definitely adding this place to my call list. Great Service! Did not disappoint. A+A+A+

Harrison was extremely professional and was early to the appointment. He completed the work very quickly. He replaced our very old hot water heater, and made an adjustment to the kitchen faucet system which we were initially planning to replace because it was installed incorrectly. Harrison suggested he make an adjustment that solved our problem. Would highly recommend this plumbing company...

TC repaired neighbors leak from main to their house.  In the process, damaged my line.  +1 wk and $1600 (+$300 for leak detection) to fix what they damaged.  Wendy in the office was helpful and professional.  The plumbers did mostly a good job and were professional as well.

They sent a man name David who was incredible stuck up about our type of home that we bought and had moved here from junction city kansas that my husband is remodeling. He was supposed to fix a drain for our tub and cut threw the pipe, broke the drain to our tub and then said it was already broke, left all his trash all over his work area came in made comments, gave parts to my husband basically charging us and then telling us to do it our selves. When he did the second part of his job he left his trash every where and did a short job leaving pipe dropped on the ground instead of securing line to the bottom of house for safety and cleanliness, like the electrician, the heating and air and other plumber did when they worked on our home. We other concerns we asked him about and he dismissed them said his boss would be mad if he didn't charge us full price then complained about the time it took him to do HIS JOB. That he didn't even really complete. There are good people and then there are people that assume that they can treat you and the home my husband is fixing up like trash. There actions speak volumes. Do not ise this company.

Used Town and Country previously with no issues. This time I scheduled a week in advance for a quick cut/cap of the old gas line for a fireplace. After leaving work and driving across town to meet the plumber at the house I get a call 2 minutes prior to the scheduled time that they can’t make the appointment and need to reschedule.

My wife and I had a horribly confusing and frustrating problem but Josh and Aaron continued to work the problem until it was resolved. They even refunded us for a part bc it was uncertain as to whether that was part of problem or not. In the end the problem was an electrical problem and we had to have an electrician do some re wiring. Town and Country  worked with us to get our hot water back on as quickly as they could. I would give them 6 stars if I could and they now have a customer for life. I highly recommend them.

What made me choose them was google reviews! Who had the best & the most I could relate to. So hopefully this will help a future customer trying to decide on a company for their help. Give them a call before you go to Home Depot and try to fix it yourself. Same day amazing service! I was in panic mode when I called because the bathroom shower faucet wouldn’t turn off because it literally broke off in my hand. So we had to turn the main water valve off to the house  Anyways, highly recommended this plumbing company. Worth giving them a call! Josh was amazing! I chose the “after hour” service call and it was well worth the money. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

It took 3 visits to get the water heater fixed, mostly.

I'm not one to shy away from home improvement projects. There are some things which scare me, though, and dealing with natural gas is one of them. So when my gas water heater stopped working right I called a "professional".

The plumber was a very personable guy, and spoke of having over 35 years of experience. On the first visit (Friday), he noticed that there was an error code blinking on the control module and that the filter screen was quite dirty. The error code seemed to clear once he got it all back together after the cleaning. However, when I went to use the hot water later that evening, it wasn't hot.

I'm not one to call for a service visit on the weekend if I can help it, so I waited until the following Monday to report that it still wasn't working. I described that the same error code was blinking on the control module again. Visit #2: the same guy comes out, takes some information from the water heater and calls the manufacturer's tech support line to confirm what the correct repair should be. After sitting on hold for quite a while (not his fault) he decides that replacing the control module is the correct repair. If he had noted the information on visit #1 we could have avoided him coming out.

I explain that I don't want to mess with gas lines, and approve moving forward with having the control module replaced. It's an item they don't stock, so we need to schedule another visit to take care of the replacement. Visit #3 from my new friend is uneventful. Everything goes according to plan, and the water heater is working again! Hooray!

Just for giggles, later that evening I take a look at the water heater (it's in a closet) and notice the smell of natural gas. Huh. I'm just some guy, but know that to check for a leak you put soapy water on things and look for bubbles. Sure enough, a bubble forms where the gas line connects! It isn't a huge leak, but very noticeable with this simple test. I'm handy, so I get a couple wrenches and finish tightening the connector. No more leak, no more smell. That's easy enough for me, but had the leak been more severe, gone on for longer, or not been so contained who knows what could have happened?

The water heater did eventually get fixed, but it took a bit of trial-and-error. And when the work was done, I still had to fiddle with the gas line (the one thing I was really trying to avoid). The good news is that my fear of messing up natural gas connections is gone. Next time the water heater is on the fritz I'll try it on my own.

Called about clogged drain this morning and they have already came out and fixed it!!  Fast, friendly and professional!  Highly recommend!! Only company we plan to use for our needs!
