  Made my initial contact to repair my Rinnai tankless water heater, was told a technician would be able to visit in about two days, after 7-10 days, I called back, was told sorry, another 7 days past, I called back, a technician came the following day. I told technician, the issues I was experiencing. The technician located the fuses inside the unit, he did not have fuses on his truck, so I told him I would replace. After the $125.00 service call, I replaced the new fuses, which blew immediately. I called back to describe what had happened... Another 7-10 days pass... I call again and voice my concerns... three more days, throw my hands in the air, I gave up!

  Didn’t use them for plumbing but had a terrible experience with one of their trucks on the highway. They tailgated me within feet at highway speeds. I had nowhere to go because of the car in front of me and they almost hit me multiple times. After passing me they continued to drive recklessly and tailgate the car in front of me. Whoever was driving should be ashamed. No appointment is worth possible harm to others.

  I have used Touchstone Plumbing for a number of years. They are very responsive. Their plumbers show up on time as promised. The work they do is excellent. They charge by time required, not by the book, and they always come in much lower than I expect based on plumbers I have used from other firms. Plus every Touchstone plumber is friendly. I highly recommend them and will continue to use them.
