  I do not recommend this company at all. Total Plumbing Solutions was assigned by my home warranty company as the technician to diagnose a broken water heater in our home. Given they ultimately did NOT perform work in my home, my chief complaints are with the lack of professionalism and poor communications with me once they were assigned. Days passed after they were assigned with no action, they never initiated communications and waited for me to reach them, and then 5 days passed after they eventually came out before they ever sent anything back to my warranty company. Moreover, the information presented to the warranty company was insufficient in detail, necessitating additional contact by the warranty company. Knowing more information was needed, I attempted to contact Total Plumbing Solutions but never received a call back after calling and writing several times for multiple days. I finally received word back from my warranty company they finally received word from Total Plumbing Solutions the water heater was “leaking” and should be replaced. To this day, I have not received any follow up from this company. Not only are they unreliable in communications, they also appear extremely unorganized and tasked beyond their ability to manage. At one point, the owner himself claimed that he forgot which warranty company I was working with resulting in one of the early delays. Two weeks later, I am starting over to find a reputable company to come replace my water heater. Read through the reviews. I am only repeating what others already found out.

  I had a water leak that occurred in my wall from my tub. I have a home warranty, and I know that it must be approved after an assessment is performed. This can take days for them to approve. I’ve had the same situation occur with my AC. If this occurs do not get upset about the delays in repairs. It is no different than getting a PA to a Doctor. The owner is professional and has high standards for his employees. A minor adjustment needs to be performed, but that’s ok. I’ve had plumbers in the past and I cannot complain. If you want to be ripped off call Benjamin Franklin. A lot of people only take time to write negative reviews only. However, I wanted to take the time to write something positive. Thank you

  We had a water heater leaking gas in a rental unit and were very concerned because we had new tenants moving in. Total Plumbing Solutions LLC responded immediately. Once the insurance approved a replacement they came out on a Sunday to install a new heater. Very helpful and quick work. Thank
