  Had a part go out and no heat on a Sunday morning. Left a message and I had my call returned on less than 10 minutes and the tech was there and ready in 30 minutes. We found the problem and the part was in stock. A quick run to get the part and in less than an hour I have heat again. The staff has always been professional and polite. I couldn't ask for better service since the day they put the furnace in to fixing a wore out part. The crew is knowledgable and explained things clearly. I'm very glad we went with Total Comfort for the new furnace.

  Unskilled and waste of money. Took 4 trips to try to fix AC they installed 2 years prior with no resolve and bill for each visit. In addition their billing is 6-8 weeks behind and then they add on interest charges if you don't pay that week. They say they don't know how to turn off the feature in their accounting software. I guess reading manuals for software and AC equipment not in their wheelhouse. Save yourself the money and trouble.

  I had total comfort come out. We were having air conditioning problems. They came out and tryed a few things that didn't work . However total comfort made it right they worked with us. Everything turned out great!
