  Horrible experience with this company. New unit installation 3 years ago and have had to call for service at least twice a year. The man who answers the phone is unprofessional and condescending. I’ve had the air conditioning to go out three times this summer. I’m finished with them.

  I had two nest thermostats that were never rewired to match my new units. I was under the assumption that the staff would be knowledgeable enough to support an installation of smart thermostats but was mistaken. The controllers were damaged due to the fact they were not wired correctly. So now that i am out $500 for two nest thermostats because of this i could not let others customers possibly make the same mistake. Please if you do choose total comfort as your HVAC installer or repair please disclose to them that you do have smart thermostats before any work is completed. I spoke to the staff about this and they did not offer to make this right. Other than this issue all other work was satisfactory.

  Mike and Alex came out of their way to make sure that we had cool air before the weekend. We are so grateful! They were prompt, professional and very sweet with my two year old son. I highly recommend them!
