  Called them for a clogged tub and sink drain. They cleared the tub, which was only a little slow and mentioned as an afterthought. When they got to the sink, they spent 20 minutes struggling trying to snake it before giving up and dragging my hose in from the yard. They then used the water to push the clog further into the system. The clog was now behind my bathtub, which I told them was piped in sequence. They didn't try to clear it any further, instead telling us that they would have to redo the plumbing in the bathroom altogether, then leaving and charging us more than $200. Today, HK came out and cleared the pipe in about fifteen seconds.

  These guys do good work, this is the second time I have used them. Additional 3% credit card fees is now being charged on all work which will price dis-advantage them against competitors that do the same quality work. I won’t be using their services again because of this fee.

  All the guys were super helpful, professional, fast, and did a great job! They came out for same-day service to fix our hot water heater, which actually needed to be replaced. They had it done in under 2 hours! Thank you again! We won’t be using any other company except Top Notch in the future! Blessings, Jan and Jenny Moore
