  I contacted them, Top Hat Plumbing, to repair a faucet & a leak under a commercial sink.. The guy Scott came out & repaired the faucet & then went to the commercial sink & repaired one side & left the other side leaking. He claimed to my husband I told him that was all?? Seriously??? He’s suppose to be a plumber; I don’t claim to be!! I called the owner to get this resolved & he said he didn’t like threats??? I just wanted this repaired since their plumber was there all day & we paid them for these services…We own a business and would never treat customers this way!!! We would make it right… WOULD NEVER recommend this company….thank you

  I'm sorry we could not work out some agreement that was more mutually agreeable to the both of us. Maybe if we had more time on the phone to discuss the issues at hand, we would have, but it seems that for some reason our call got cut short. I wish you the best of luck in your future ventures.

  Ted and his staff are true professionals. Well trained, they will show up when they promise and fix your problem. They are insured, and insure their employees as well. Very fairly priced....
