  We had Tony's plumbing install a heat pump for our water heater so that our shower would get hot water quicker and not waste water. The service was quite expensive, but they were highly rated, so we went ahead with the service. From the start the pump did not work properly. The water still took a long long time to get hot, the pump made horrible noises and got very hot. After several phone calls the technician finally returned and said check valve he had installed was faulty. (I think he incorrectly installed it.) He then said it should work fine. It didn't work well at first. After a phone call I was told the air needed to get out of the system. After several days things began to work, although the pump continued to make horrible noises. Then the pump began to trip the GFI. We called Tony's plumbing back and the technician said it was the plug, not his pump. We had the plug tested and it was fine. I called Tony's plumbing 2 times, was promised a return call, which never happened. So I had my husband call, because too often men are taken more seriously than women. This call did get results, the technician came out and installed a different pump. However the technician was unfriendly, tracked in dirt on his shoes and did not wear a mask. The pump looks like it had a different plug spliced into the unit. I am not even sure if this pump is new or is an old reconditioned one. I would not recommend this company.

  We had Tony's plumbing come out after we had a bathroom remodeled by three men on criagslist who did absolutely everything wrong and ruined our bathroom and plumbing. Michael and Chris came out and fixed everything. They kept us updated with what was going on every step of the way. They were very nice and helpful. They are very easy going and easy to talk to. The work was done great and done in one day. I highly recommend them. The customer service was awesome!

  Robin took care of the job! Excellent service. I am a first time property owner and he really took the time to explain things. It was an emergency situation and I was pleased by how fast they sent someone out. Also, the ladies who took the call were super sweet and polite!
